Ella woke up last night at 3am saying “MOMMY” and whimpering rather hard. I went in her bedroom and the following conversation took place:
Anna: What is wrong ?
Ella: Otter-luv, Otter-luv. Where is my Otter-luv.
Anna: Honey, I don’t know what you are saying? Do you want your rabbit? Your Dog?
Ella: NO, I WANT MY OTTER-LUV.
It finally dawned on me. Ella went to bed with her winter gloves on. When she woke up, she was missing one. The otter-luv was the other glove. I told her that the other glove was in her bed somewhere and we would find it in the morning. She proceeded to roll over and say goodnight. If I only spoke toddler!
