Change

One thing is certain: CHANGE. I have left my job at The Schneider Corporation and now working for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (same type of government work I was doing in MI). This change will allow me to focus on government/planning and allow me to spend more time with my family.

Ella has been keeping us busy.

• She now will go get her sippy cup out of the refrigerator when she wants it (this is both good and bad).
• We read to Ella every night before bed time. We can hardly ever get by without reading her favorite book "My Two Hands and My Two Feet".
• She thinks an area in our neighborhood is a sand box when it is actually just dirt. As you can see from the picture below she enjoys playing in it (MI residents - notice the lions shirt).
